The second-passport and US-visa reality
Any NCL sailing that departs from or calls at a US port requires entering the United States, so an Iranian passport alone is not enough — you need a valid US visa or a second passport / green card. Mediterranean and Northern Europe departures require a Schengen visa unless your second passport exempts you. The easy-visa door for a single Iranian passport remains the Gulf, Turkey and Red Sea routes operated by MSC, Celestyal and AROYA.
